SIMON HOOKWAY, CHAIRMAN
Simon is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Shirebridge. Simon has over 35 years’ investment experience from his time at MSS Capital, ING Barings, UBS, Baring Securities and Capel-Cure Myers. During his time as CEO, MSS Capital raised over £480 million for real estate funds and transacted more than £1 billion worth of property. He has over 20 years’ experience of successfully managing real estate funds, joint ventures, partnerships and SPV’s whilst actively operating both residential and commercial property assets. Simon holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics from The London School of Economics.
