RUPERT LEA, CO-FOUNDER
Rupert Lea is the Co-Founder of Shirebridge and based in Jersey where he is the board member responsible for offshore operations. He has over 35 years’ experience of real estate and investment from his time at MSS Capital, Laxey Partners, Hoare Govett, ING Barings and SG Warburg. He has over 20 years hands on experience of operating both residential and commercial property assets. Whilst he was Managing Director, MSS Capital raised over £480 million for several real estate funds and transacted more than £1 billion worth of property. He has a BSc in Business Studies from Cambridge University.
