JOYNAL CHOUDHURY, DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS
Joynal Choudhury is the head of research at Shirebridge. He has over 20 years finance and investment experience gained from his time at Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, Jade Merchant Bank and Gatehouse Bank where he was head of Real Estate. Joynal has completed real estate transactions in excess of £1.25 billion in the PRS/BTR, student accommodation, care home office, retail, industrial and logistics sectors across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium and The Netherlands. Joynal holds both an MSc in Economics and a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics from The London School of Economics.
