CAELIM PARKES, INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Caelim heads investment analysis at Shirebridge and works closely with business development on all aspects of client portfolio design and implementation. From his time at MSS Capital and JP Morgan, Caelim has over 25 years experience of finance and investment spread across a variety of asset classes including real estate, equity and debt, as well as, clean and renewable technology based in the UK and MENA. During his time at MSS Capital, Caelim was part of the deal team that successfully raised over £480 million for various real estate funds and transacted over £1 billion worth of real estate assets. Caelim holds a B.Bus.Sc in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
